Chionanthus virginicus - Fringe Tree

A must for every landscape. Has fragrant white flowers in the spring and reaches a height of about 15 to 20 feet. It will often look more shrubby than tree like. It prefers slightly acid soil and moist well drained rich soil. It is a slow grower so be patient but when mature and full of blooms the fragrance in unbeatable.
